Solution Dyed Fabric

POCOTEX's dope dyed fabric is our promise in response to eco-friendly and sustainability concept. Dope dyed is one of the most significant solutions as water and energy consumption is significantly reduced. Fabric processing can skip the process of fabric dying, which saves 85% water, 65% energy, 60% chemicals and 60% CO2 emission. On top of that, dope dyed yarns have better uniform in colors, washing and light color fasteness, and stronger ultraviolet resistance.

Recycled Fabric

POCOTEX's environmental friendly recycled fabric is made of solution dyed yarn, offers excellent UV resistance, uniform in color and great color fastness.
Different finishing treatment and coating are available to enhance the waterproof effect, 100% recycled membrane is also available.

Outdoor Waterproof Fabric

POCOTEX's waterproof nylon/polyester fabric is available in different weaving structure and coating material to reach waterproof requirement up to 10,000mmH20. Extra water repellent treatment can be applied to enhance the waterproof effect, hence give the fabric extra protection from rain, dust and easy to maintain and clean.

UV Protective Fabric

POCOTEX's solution dyed yarns (Polyester, Nylon, PP, SPUN) that offers excellent UV protection, color fastness (grade 7-8 in ISO 105 B02 or) and long lasting lifetime (level 4 of ISO 4892-2 after 1500 hours). Nylon Fabric Backpack

POCOTEX's durable nylon fabric for backpacks has soft touch, strong resistance to punching and abrasion, extra finish treatement such as water repellent and waterproof coating is available to make the bag waterproofable with water column from 1500 to 10,000mmH2O. Cordura Fabric Backpack

POCOTEX's performance cordura fabric has proven in many of the toughest environments. Made with high tenacity nylon filament yarns in a range. The fabric is durable, strong abrasion and tear strength, oil repellency and high bonding strength but ultra-light weight. Polyester Backpack

POCOTEX's high strength polyester fabric for backpacks can be produced in combination of materials such as T/CD, TC and T/Spun to make it unique and different from others. Recycled Fabrics

POCOTEX's another concept of eco-friendly fabrics can be made with solution dyed recycle nylon or polyester yarn, different construction such as ripstop, twill, diamond ripstop and two tone effects are available upon request.
Solution dyed fabric shows excellent UV performance, stable color and high color fastness. Recycle membrane could be applied on the back side if needed. It means the fabric could be 100% recyclable like the concept of cradle to cradle.

Dry Bag

POCOTEX's 100% waterproof dry bag textile is made of double side coating fabric which can help to protects contents from dust, sand, dirt and water. It can be designed in heavy duty bag that come with superior abrasion and can be welded together. Different thickness, surface, hardness and handfeel is available.

Polyester Material

POCOTEX's polyester fabric is available in wide range from 150D up to 1800D and can be producted in combination of different material such as polyester/cotton, T/CD, Nylon, polypropylene, acrylic etc. Special effect such as random, melange, ripstop, diamond ripstop, two tones is available by using combination of different weaving, color, denier to make the fabric unique and one of a kind. Spun Fabric

POCOTEX's spun fabric made by solution dyed staple and filament polyester yarn that offers excellent UV protection and color fastness, which treated with water repellent in the surface. Extra layer of coating can be applied to enhance waterproof effect. Spun fabrics has characteristics of cotton and canvas quality and superior outdoor features make the fabric with wide range applications.

Dobby Fabric

POCOTEX's dobby fabric is available in variety of patterns and designs, anti-corrosive, water-repellent (C8, C6 or C0) and Ultraviolet resistant to protext human body from unnecessary exposure to sunlight which may cause sunburn. PP Fabric

POCOTEX's polypropylene (PP) fabric is made of the lightest synthetic fibers among other fibers such as polyester or nylon, a great choice if looking for light strong fabric, which also has incredibly resistance to most acids and alkalis, insects and other pests. Acrylic Fabric

POCOTEX's acrylic fabric is made from 100% solution dyed acrylic fiber which offers excellent durability, fade resistant and ease of care. ECONA Fabric

Dyed Yarn

POCOTEX's eco-friendly solution dyed yarn (Polyester, Nylon, PP, SPUN), also known as dope dyed yarn, offers excellent UV protection, uniform in color, high color fastness (grade 7-8 in ISO 105 B02) and long lasting lifetime. It can help to reduce 60% carbon emission when producing fabrics as fabric dying process can be skipped. Hence, saving 65% energy, 85% water and 60% chemicals in each dying batch.

Polyester Dyed Yarn

POCOTEX's durable dope dyed polyester yarn is available in wide range with additional flame retardant, high tenacity, superior abrasion or any other customized color, specification and function is welcome. Dope dyed fabrics can prolong resistance to sunlight or ultraviolet, hence extend the life of tent, canopy, backpacks, awning and other outdoor upholstery's equipment.

Nylon Dyed Yarn

Recycled Yarn

Outdoor Mono Fabric

POCOTEX's outdoor mono fabric is materials that only consist of one material or fibre, instead of a blend. It is a new concept for eco-friendly material that is easier to recycle fabric that made out of one single material, as opposed to separating several materials and then recycle them separately.
By using 100% the same fabric, they are easier to take care of and most importantly, to recycle.

PET Mono Fabric

POCOTEX's PET mono fabric is polyester fabric with PET coating. It is a new concept for eco-friendly material which is suitable for tent, canopies, which come with excellent function such as water repellent, waterproof and anti-yellowing.
POCOTEX's mono dope dyed (solution dyed) fabric which can be uniform in color with excellent color fastness (Grade 7-8 in ISO 105 B02), good UV performance (up to 1,000hrs), high tenacity and superior abrasion and waterproof functions for different applications such as awning, canopy, tent and bags...and so on. Dope Dyed material is eco-friendly as the color is produced during the yarn extruding process that can save the traditional dyeing process. Dope dyed material can also save water, energy and the dyeing agent chemical consumption. Excellent color fastness according to ISO 105 B02 and uniform in color. Mono dope dyed fabric means the product is made with 100% Polyester with PET coating, which could be 100% recyclable after use. It fulfills the sustainable and eco-friendly concept to the environment.
Pure white fabric allows printing on fabric for different outdoor events.

PP Mono Fabric

POCOTEX's mono PP dope dyed (solution dyed) fabric which have excellent resistance to moisture absorption, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and resistance to dissolution, dope dyped fabric can be uniform in color with excellent color fastness (Grade 7-8 in ISO 105 B02), good UV performance (up to 1,000hrs), high tenacity and superior abrasion and waterproof functions for different applications such as awning, canopy, tent and bags...and so on.
Moreover, PP is a hydrophobic fiber and has no pores, that can dry out easily as it does not absorb water and is difficult to breed bacteria, which will not cause irritation and allergies to human skin, and harmless to the environment, it’s also suitable to use in kids products such as stroller, children sofa, kindergarten cover etc.

Mono dope dyed fabric means the product is made with 100% polypropylene with TPO coating, which could be 100% recyclable after use. It fulfills the sustainable and eco-friendly concept to the environment.

Recyclable Fabric

POCOTEX's 100% recyclable consist of one material or fibre, instead of a blend. They are easier to take care of and most importantly, is already recyclable.
It is a new concept for eco-friendly material that is easier to recycle fabric that made out of one single material, as opposed to separating several materials and then recycle them separately.
The fabric could be applied on packs, bags, tents, canopies...mainly for outdoor purpose.
